Prairie Trails Golf Course
Hill City, Kansas
Handicaps
Score Posting Season begins on March 1st
All handicap accounts at Prairie Trails Golf Course are set to be deactivated on February 28th. If you are going to purchase a 2024 handicap, please reply stating as such to this email and your account will be kept active. If you reply in the affirmative and your handicap is active and is not promptly paid, you will be billed from the city, so be aware. Handicaps are $30 for adults and $15 for junior golfers and may be purchased at the Hill City City Hall.
There are a few changes in score posting for 2024. 9 hole scores will no longer be held to be combined with another 9 hole score. If a 9 hole score is posted, it will be reflected in the next day's handicap index. If 10-17 holes are played, you no longer need to figure your score by course handicap for holes not played to post a score. If you post your incomplete round with hole by hole scoring, the system will take care of your unplayed holes and reflect your adjusted score in the next day's handicap index.
Have you created your Digital Profile?
In order to post scores on ghin.com or the USGA GHIN mobile app, you will need to have a Digital Profile created. If you have an email address linked to your account, you can visit ghin.com or the GHIN app and create your profile organically. If you don't have an email address in your profile and can't get logged in, please contact your club at prairietrailsgolf@yahoo.com to get an email address added. Spouses must have separate email addresses for each player to be able to post with the app.
